tiny wardrobe dim lighting
the staff was friendly , i guess , even if they couldn't fix all the issues.
The 'beautiful double or twin room' was hardly beautiful , it felt more like a standard single , honestly. the wardrobe was tiny . I could barely fit my socks in there , let alone my clothes. also , the lighting was so dim , it was like living in a perpetual twilight.

small room bathroom counter
The room size was quite small. It felt cramped with limited space to move around freely. The bathroom also lacked sufficient counter space. I found it hard to organize toiletries. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish the tea and coffee supplies. I had to call down to request more, but this became inconvenient after a while.

a madrid treasure
perfect location easy access wonderful staff
i adored the hotel's location, it was perfect with taxis readily available. the nearby subway offered easy access to explore the city, a safe and interesting walk led to central attractions. the staff was wonderful and very helpful .
The room was so small, it impacted the overall experience. The mirror in the bathroom had a crack.

the hotel included a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a refreshing pool area provided twenty loungers and a shaded area for relaxation. breakfast offered many delicious options to choose from, a superb start to each day.

room size empty minibar
The room felt small. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. It was distracting at times. the minibar was empty, i expected some complimentary drinks at least. it would have been a nice touch.
